The manufacturing process begins by inputting raw material, the natural fibers bagasse, in a pulping system. The beating slurry is fed into thermo-pump molding machines, the molds are installed to machines, then through heating and pressure to produce compostable containers. The semi-finished products need to trim the excess material around the edges. Finally pack to cartons after detection and disinfection.

Mostly we use the flexible equipment, it can accommodate a wide variety of container sizes, can change over quickly. This results a high production efficiency that can change rapidly to accommodate various client’s requirements.
